Mengapa vitamin2 ni dikatakan penting untuk ibu mengandung?Jom kita kaji sama2 yer

Thanks to adaa

Vitalea

Shaklee and Pregnancy – Pre Natal

“my doctor said that my placenta was the one of the healthiest she’d seen! “

Shaklee and Pregnancy

You’re pregnant? Or maybe you have a friend or family member, or maybe it’s your significant other who is expecting. Whatever your situation, I want you to take a moment and read about the importance of good supplementation during pregnancy.

I am currently heading into the 2nd trimester of my third pregnancy, which just happens to be twins! Scary, I know! Now more than ever, I need to rely on a good vitamin supplement to help keep me and my babies healthy and that’s why I’ve always relied on Shaklee!

Expectant women are always advised to eat foods rich in calcium, folic acid, and iron. But we can’t rely only on foods to get the nutrients we need during our pregnancy. In fact, the value of nutrients in our food as declined significantly. Since 1960, you’d have to eat 7 cups of spinach to equal the value of 1 cup of spinach 42 years ago! Why the change in the levels of nutrients in our foods? Well much of it is due to the mass production of food and the processing of our foods.

With that being said, we need to also incorporate a rich vitamin supplement into our daily diets to fill in the gaps of our nutrition with foods, especially when you’re expecting! But how do you know the vitamin you’ve chose is effective?

Did you know that during your pregnancy you need extra amounts of iron to help with the developing blood supply of the fetus and for you own expanding blood supply. Supplementing with enough iron can help reduce the risk of anemia, and also helps with symptoms such as extreme fatigue, weakness, palpitations, breathlessness, and even fainting and dizzy spells. Iron is also important because it helps oxygen –carrying blood cells to carry the oxygen you need throughout the body.

Another important vitamin you need if folic acid, which is a B vitamin. Folic acid actually should be supplemented before you get pregnant and is vitally important in early pregnancy. Folic acid helps reduce the risks of neural tube defects such as spina bifida, which affects nearly 4,000 babies born in the U.S. every year. Studies show that 75% of all cases can be prevented if the mother takes folic acid. It also helps with the brain development of your unborn baby. In some cases, such as multiples, additional folic acid may be recommended. Folic acid is not stored in the body and needs to be replenished every day. I cannot stress enough the importance of folic acid!

So why pick Shaklee vitamins, and why trust them during your pregnancy? I have taken Shaklee Vita-Lea for Women and Shaklee Iron Complex with all my pregnancies! In the Vita-Lea multivitamin, there is 400 mcg of folic acid, which is the recommended daily amount that an expectant mother needs, and it also contains 18 mg of iron, which again, is 100% of your daily value. However, in most cases your doctor will probably recommend taking about 27 mg of iron for pregnant women, so an extra iron supplement may be needed, which is where the Shaklee Iron Complex comes in to play. And it is okay to take an extra Vita-Lea if needed as well. Not only do Shaklee multivitamins have the allotted amount of nutrients you’ll need, they are extensively tested in the Shaklee laboratory to prove that they are always SAFE, using only 100% all natural ingredients which means no dyes, artificial flavorings or sugars, always POTENT, and always ABSORBED in the body. How many other multivitamins do you know of that are tested using millions of dollars for effectiveness IN the body and are all natural? And the best part, Shaklee vitamins aren’t just a vitamin you can take when you’re pregnant; they fit into your life before and after, and help maintain your healthy lifestyle.

Let me just say, when I gave birth to my two sons, 18 months apart, my doctor said that my placenta was the one of the healthiest she’d seen! Now that says something about my Shaklee multivitamins! And I’m excited to see how my Shaklee supplements are going to help me throughout this pregnancy as well.

Which multivitamin will you chose? One that is proven effective and all natural, that guarantees you and your baby will be getting ALL the vitamins and minerals you need, or one that may or may not be absorbed properly in the body, leaving you and your baby with less than what you deserve? And please remember, it’s so important to be on a multivitamin before you are pregnant. I trust Shaklee with my most precious gifts, and I hope you will too!

Ramai orang kata, nenek moyang kita dulu tak makan vitamin jugak, tapi sihat jer.Yes,memang betul. So memang mereka tak perlu makan vitamin lagi.

Hehehe..That’s why pentingnya vitamin untuk kita sekarang.

So,sama2 kita fikirkan sendiri yer.
