Emm..tadi time amy blogwalking,sajer jer taip malaysian unhealthy lifestyle sebab nak tahu macammana lifestyle penduduk Malaysia kita ni apabila melibatkan kesihatan.Adakah kita sangat menjaga kesihatan kita?Senaman?Pemakanan?

Ada orang nak kurus/sihat tapi taknak pantang makan..Emm macammana tu ek.Bagi amy,makanlah ubat,jamu or apapun tp kalau kita still tak pantau apa yang kita makan,memang takkan jadi..Ingat yer,untuk dapatkan sesuatu,kita tak boleh ikut jalan senang..Segalanya nak mudah.Bak kata orang “Beauty is Pain”..hehe..that mean,nak sihat kenalah berkorban makanan yang mengandungi LEMAK,KOLESTROL dan semua benda yang tak menyihatkan.

So nak tau apa yang amy jumpa tadi??Jeng..jeng..jeng..

Sebanyak 60.7% penduduk Malaysia tidak sihat???Wah,lebih dari 50% tu..60.7% tu termasuklah hypertension,diabetes,obesity dan hypercholestrolaemia which is due to tobacco use,unhealthy diet,harmful use of alcohol and physical inactivity..

Aiyoo..yang 60.7% ni pun diketahui tak sihat sebab buat medical check up..so mungkin boleh dikatakan LEBIH dari 60.7% penduduk Malaysia adalah tidak sihat!!!

So for all those people out there,please beware..jika anda tidak mengamalkan kehidupan yang tidak sihat,kemungkinan anda akan jadi mangsa seterusnya..

Please jaga pemakanan anda,aktiviti yang anda lakukan,ambil multivitamin yang secukupnya,kawal kolestrol..
